To become a volunteer, we first require a volunteer application. After submitting an application, you will be invited for an orientation class. This is a mandatory, one-time session that is generally scheduled 2-3 times per month. Orientation is where you will learn about Misericordia, the campus, the residents, the opportunities available, and the rules and regulations. Importantly, you will also learn how you can make a positive difference for those who live here at Misericordia.

Please be aware, it is possible that placement could take up to 4-5 weeks depending on when your application and references are received. We take several steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents!
