Residents of Misericordia are ready to contribute as staff members of local businesses. Residents  may be employed as a direct hire of the employer. When more help is needed, Misericordia can provide a group of four to six workers supported by a dedicated Job Coach at no cost to the employer.

We invite you to visit Misericordia and see firsthand our residents at work. Our on campus work training program includes a restaurant, bakery, recycling center, coffee processing and laundry facility, among other opportunities, as well as classes on the soft-skills of employment. This work training program helps to prepare our individuals for community based work.
