Misericordia's Twice Blest Thrift Shop located in Palatine on Northwest Highway will soon celebrate its 20th anniversary. Pat Martin, Kay Murtha, Janet O'Driscoll and Kathy Ritter started the Twice Blest with an idea from Sister Rosemary. The shop has grown over the years and is now staffed by more than 50 volunteers.

Twice Blest sells quality used items from dining room sets to crystal, from clothing to kids games. Everything in the store is donated and all proceeds go directly to Misericordia.
